Weekly and Flexi Boarding
We’re a day school through and through, with a fast-paced and dynamic environment that allows children to engage with all sorts of activities both inside and outside school. However, Thomas’s College also offers students, from Lower Fifth (Year 9) and up, the very best in weekly and flexi boarding.
Boarding at Thomas’s College is a unique experience. Housed on the top floor of our beautiful and historic College building, Wesley House is a peaceful but engaging home-away-from-home for our boarding students. Boarders get access to our spectacular facilities and gardens out of hours.
Designed to suit busy families, who may work long hours, travel often and value family time at weekends, our local London boarding offering is truly distinctive.
There are three options when it comes to boarding at Thomas’s College:
Weekly Boarding
Boarders spend the school week at Thomas’s College and go home on weekends. They have their own dorm, which is assigned to them for the term. This means they can decorate their rooms, leave belongings over the weekend and are guaranteed a bed for them each night of the school week during term time.
Flexi Boarding
At the beginning of the term, flexi boarders are signed up for one, two or three nights per week in Wesley House. Flexi boarders can add additional nights subject to availability.
Ad Hoc Boarding
Day Students can book ad hoc boarding nights if there is space available.
There are 58 beds available across a mixture of single, double and quad bedrooms. Our wonderful boarding team provides fun, care and support to our boarders in equal measure, ensuring all boarders feel welcome, included and at home.
