We look for potential, not polish, and value the many ways intelligence can present itself. Our goal is to ensure a fair, humane process that recognises each applicant as an individual.

Thomas’s is a selective school and our students are high-achieving, but not all in the same way. We aim to build diverse, dynamic cohorts made up of thinkers, makers, performers and problem-solvers. We assess holistically, and we carefully shape each year group to ensure that students with differing talents inspire, challenge and learn from one another.
